JARVIS JOHNSON - A true voice for District B

Jarvis Johnson has been an active resident of District B for 34 years.

Felicia Galloway-Hall retuned two years ago after living out of state for nine years.

Jarvis Johnson works in the community daily - providing assistance for families in District B through job fairs, career training, school supply drives, childcare, scholarships and educational enrichment programs.

Felicia Galloway-Hall has refused invitations from residents of District B to become involved in the work of the community.

Jarvis Johnson isn't afraid to take a stand, as he has done in the past by demanding that convenience stores provide better customer service, get rid of out dated food and illegal activity surrounding the businesses.

The only visibility in the community Felicia Galloway-Hall has is her campaign signs.

Jarvis Johnson has continued to walk the blocks of District B talking to the residents to find out what they wanted from a new administration.

Where's Felicia Galloway-Hall?

A runoff was declared on November 8, 2005.

63% of the voters didn't want Galloway-Hall.

Let's finish the job on December 10th.

Not to belabor the point, but run-offs are called when no candidate receives 50.1 percent of the vote.

With 8 candidates in the race, according to the above logic, 63% didn't want Felicia Hall-Galloway.

Why not email him and ask? There are contact options on the various Clear Channel sites. On the few occasoins I've ever emailed him, he's never failed to respond (usually quickly). I'd be curious to hear his explanation as well. :)

Vernon Guy: Worst GM? No way. Charles has delivered the ratings for Clear Channel, and the organization properly regards him as one of its stars. I don't agree with everything he does, including the flip of 101, but he does deliver the ratings.

Also, reverse trivia is Chris Baker's thing. I know it drives Dan Patrick crazy, but I think the real source of Patrick's frustration is the ratings spanking Baker consistently delivers, whatever station he's on. Baker blows away his competition (and yeah, he was a Ken Charles hire), as this little post partially demonstrated:
