The member blogs of the Texas Progressive Alliance have been running these roundups for over a year now. That's how it appears on everyone's blogs, which is why it's in that form. You've just now noticed this? Nice detective work, Sherlock.

Of course, we've already seen an example of your awesome powers of observation, so I guess this shouldn't come as a surprise.
