Interim State House and State Senate maps are out

And I don’t have any time right now to analyze them, but believe you me, I will. Go here and look at Plans H298 and S163, the latter of which appears to mostly restore Sen. Wendy Davis’ district. Also take a look at C218, which could be next. I’ll have much more soon.

    I’m in Harris Co. voting pct 44, which votes at Woodland Park off Houston Avenue. Under this map, our new St. Rep. is Garnet Coleman, whose district will be moving northward from 6th Ward to include 1st Ward, part of the near Northside and the small Woodland Heights enclave known as Germantown, where I live.
