Can a person vote in the runoff election in December if they did not vote in the previous one?
Younker – Yes, you can vote in the runoff regardless of whether or not you voted in November. As long as you are registered to vote in the city of Houston, you may vote in the runoff.
and because the runoff is on Dec. 12, and you only have to register 30 days before an election, even an unregistered citizen could register in time to vote for the next round.
