Bolivar Fraga
Next up for At Large #2 is Bolivar “Bo” Fraga, who is the son of former City Council member Felix Fraga. Fraga is a graduate of the Air Force Academy who spent more than six years on active duty, including service in Afghanistan and as an Intelligence Officer. He currently works as the Community Developer of the Ripley House Neighborhood Center, and serves on the Greater East End Management District. Here’s what we talked about:

Can anyone confirm the facts on Mr. Fraga’s community service. He says he’s on the East End Management District. How long has he been on the board. I’ve heard two months and I’ve heard a year. He announced his candidacy in march. How long has been on his Superneighborhood, and is this one of the two non-profit positions that the City required as a condition to create this Superneighborhood, or is he a resident position.
