I’m going to take a break from the Popdose covers list for this entry because it’s never a bad idea to kick Rick Perry when he’s down. I’m sure you’re aware of his “Oops” moment the other night, and I don’t know about you, but I can’t hear the word “Oops” without thinking of a younger and somewhat more innocent Britney Spears:
