Interview with Jamaal Smith

Jamaal Smith

Before his stint with the HCDP Smith was the Legislative Director for the late Rep. Joe Moreno, and more recently has been a policy advisor and community liaison for Sen. Rodney Ellis. 1. Bill Kelly says:

To be fair, Jamaal was one of the main reasons the Coordinated Campaign was successful in 2008. Far from being my caddie, he was really running the show. I think it says a lot about a person (nevermind a person seeking office!) that shares success rather than claiming it for himself. It was a prime reason we were so successful in 2008 and one of the best qualities we can hope for in elected officials.

Please support my friend Jamaal Smith for HD 137. He will work hard for the people of his district and never forget who sends him to Austin: the people.
