We come now to my final interview for Harris County and for the State House. Next week I will start running interviews with Congressional candidates from elsewhere in Texas. Today’s candidate for HD144 is Mary Ann Perez. Perez was elected to the HCC Board of Trustees in 2009 and currently serves as the Board President. She is the owner of her own insurance agency and has the Annie’s List endorsement for this race. Here’s the interview:
You can find a list of all interviews for this cycle, plus other related information, on my 2012 Harris County Primary Elections page. You can also follow this blog by liking its Facebook page.
i have heard enough of mary ann perez,if u listen 2-the interview you can see kuffner try to redirect the interview because mary perez wants to tax and tax heavy,i almost fell on the floor when she started suggesting an increase in the margin tax on big bussiness-omg,this is the deal, she admires carol alvarado, which means she loves to tax and infuse ideas of expansion of goverment and make you pay for it,this is bad timing on her part, her ideas are not form-fitted for todays economic climate, nobody cares that we used to provide the same class in three diffrent areas and now we have had to reduce to one class-good-no great, any savings for the rate payer in times of need are just, its time to stand up for relief for the tax payers and if you elect mary ann perez you would be hurting everyones pocketbook and we dont need that while everybody is trying to find the rent money……….
no vote mary perez
joshua ben bullard
O’ look, it’s Joshua spewing off right-ring talking points about absolutely nothing. Nothing at all! It’s about time we pushed someone into position who isn’t afraid of taxing.
Whatever! Joshua Ben Bullard. Sit down before you hurt yourself! Mary Ann Perez is the best thing since life’s bread.
