Bexar county’s crowded jails

You may recall from last year several stories about overcrowded jails in Harris County. Well, it turns out that Bexar County has similar problems.   1. I spent the first five years out of college with the Parole Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Has anyone ever done a study of the percentage of inmates in a Harris County jail due to Parole warrants or revocations? As I remember the revolving door here was terrible.
