Saturday video break: Rube Goldberg edition

In case I’m not the last person on earth to discover OK Go and their ridiculously awesome Rube Goldberg video of their song “This Too Shall Pass”:

That reminded me somewhat of the canonical Mentos and Diet Coke video, but OK Go’s was so much more. I first heard of OK Go after seeing the marching band and camouflage version of the song, but that video isn’t embeddable, so I didn’t blog it. Anyway, a making-of-the-video video can be seen here.     Check out their video for Here It Goes Again too – somewhat simpler than that, but you can definitely see the minds at work. And it does something I never thought possible – makes treadmills fun!

    And, since I waited to watch this before posting, I now know is what they had on the smashed TV in this video 🙂
