Olivia is two weeks old today. This is my first official Father’s Day. I’ve even received my first official Father’s Day cards, from my sister-in-law and one of Tiffany’s cousins. Pretty darned cool.
We made our first trip as a family yesterday. Olivia slept through all of it, which needless to say made it a lot easier. There’s a grocery store run on our agenda today – wish us luck.
Happy Father’s Day!
UPDATE: Made it back from the grocery store. We used the sling instead of the stroller this time, and once again she slept right through it.
Harry never got you a card?
BAD DOG!
Love the sling. Without it, I would not have been able to do anything except hold a baby/toddler for three years. FYI, there are tons of styles – you and Tiffany may want to test drive several. I have a friend whose passion is slings and I swear she must have 20, every one different from the next.
Happy Father’s Day!
All hail the Boppy!
Catching Up
So much to write about, so little time …This URL does a good job of summing up my views on the election — and the site makes an engaging read, too.I welcome Jessica Harbour to the anybody but Bush fold, but…
Lookin’ good.
Happy First Father’s Day, Charles!
Awwwwwwwwwwwwww. It’s almost not fair how cute they are at that age.
Also baby ankles and wrists and those little chubby feet with no arches…
Still, I give you about a month before you inaugurate your new archive section “See, I had a life once”
You’re fortunate to have a place to put the pictures on the web, since my brother sent pictures of his newborn daughter (born June 11th) to my old E-mail address (which I haven’t had since I moved to Staten Island).
Anyway, I’m with Julia with regards to your new archive section. I almost anticipate the “Best Of” section opening soon. 😉
Hey you! Just had a chance to catch up with your blog for the first time in too many months. Congratulations!! I have no doubt that you will be one of the best dads ever!
